
All of us know what is hangover... and we often have it. But now we can be one step before it and we can forgot this word - hangover.
So if we want not to have hangover every morning/after a party/ we should follow these steps:
1. We should eat enough food before drinking.
2. We should drink enough water before drinking alcohol
3. We should drink more coffee, but without a lot of sugar.
4. The other think that can help us and protect us from hangover is pills, but we will talk about that later
